Shipping policy
At SABELLAR we take deliveries very seriously. Products from our concept store are chosen with great care, many are fragile and all have a long and intact history behind them, and we want them to reach you that way. We ship daily from Madrid (Spain). Once we receive your order, you can expect the following three steps.
First, we will wrap and pack your purchase with the utmost care and delicacy. Second, it will be shipped the next (working) day through one of our trusted delivery partners. And third, you will receive a code by email to track your delivery status. Depending on where you live in Europe, the whole process could take from 2 to 7 working days. Japan and South Korea could take up to 10 working days.
Should you need to receive your order 'super fast' or just want to be sure that you get it on a specific date (birthday, anniversary...), please do contact us before you buy (hi@sabellar.com) and we will take care of it personally.
We are currently set up to ship within the European Union, the United States, Japan and South Korea. But if you are in any other country and really want one of our treasures, please do contact us here (hi@sabellar.com) and we will try to find a solution. Please do take into account that for deliveries outside the EU you will have to take care of any eventual customs duty or tax.

*Please take note that if you live in an island or a remote part of your country (even if it is within an EU Member State) all shipping companies apply a surcharge, very often between €30 and €50 (Yes, we know what you are thinking, we thought the same when we found out!). But there is some good news as well. If you want to reduce significantly this surcharge (probably to less than €5) or even avoid it altogether, we have found several ways to do it (see **). You may be asked to give up on e-tracking or to go to a post-office to collect the parcel if they don't find you at the first delivery attempt, but you will save a lot of money. This budget option is already available for some locations (Balearic Islands, i.e.), but if you don't find it at SABELLAR's checkout and you are interested, please do send us a message to hi@sabellar.com (before placing your order) and we will explain you the best options for your case.
** BUDGET DELIVERY Mondial Relay / Punto Pack / Hermes delivery is a cheaper delivery system than the Standard shipping. It works for Spain, Belgium, France, United Kingdom and Italy. The difference with the Standard shipping is that it can take 1 to 3 days longer to arrive and that if you are not at the designated address when we try to deliver your parcel, you will have to collect it at your closest collection point.
