At SABELLAR, we think that life is complicated enough. That’s why we try to simplify the return and exchange process and make it as easy and fast as possible. This is what you need to know:

We are reasonable people, and believe most of people are reasonable too. If you are not happy with a product you have purchased at SABELLAR and want a refund, please let us know why within15 days of the delivery date. We will carefully assess your complaint, and put ourselves in your shoes. If we agree with you –remember, we are reasonable people- we will send you a refund for the full price you paid (less shipping costs)

Returning a product step by step:

    1. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us (hi@sabellar.com) within 15 days of the delivery date and we will be happy to process a request for return.
    2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    3. We must validate the return before you send us the product back. This is the only way to get a refund.
    4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund (less shipping costs) to be posted to your credit card or PayPal account.
    5. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rue Américaine 78. 1050 Brussels, BELGIUM. Customers are responsible for (1) the return shipping charges and (2) the product until we receive it back. Therefore, we recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If you want to exchange a product, the procedure is the same than for a return, but instead of refunding the price of your order, we would send you the new product. If the reason of the exchange is a flaw in the product, we will take care of the new shipping costs. In any other cases, as a general rule, we would charge you the new shipping costs, but we would consider each case individually and decide ad hoc. Remember, we are reasonable people :)
